Social Insurance Law is expected to be implemented on July 1st, 2011. In order to facilitate smooth implementation of Social Insurance Law, Related Regulations on Implementation of Social Insurance Law of People’s Republic of China has begun its public opinions soliciting, and it is foreseen that the regulation will be passed in the immediate future. Also, Shenzhen Government is modifying the follow up policy on endowment and unemployment insurance. The promulgation of Social Insurance Law and Regulations will surely have a direct impact on enterprises’ compensation and benefits management as well as employment costs.
