Beijing Doubles High-Temperature Allowance Standard for Employees

Beijing has doubled its high-temperature allowance standard for workers beginning in July. The minimum allowance has gone up to RMB 120 per month per person for outdoor employees and to RMB 90 per month per person for indoor employees whenever the indoor temperature hits 33 degrees Celsius.
